COOKING CLASSES
Here is the new fall cooking class series starting in September at Bonterra Market in Egg Harbor Township. All classes are on Mondays from 7:30 to 8:45pm and cost $30. Please pre-pay at the store to reserve your seat. All classes are demonstration-based. Come hungry, there will be plenty of food. You will also receive a copy of all the recipes used.
September 22nd "Easy Weeknight Meals"
A cooking demonstration of dishes that you can throw together quickly during the week and how to create new dishes out of leftovers. Most dishes will be vegetarian with one or two having animal proteins. Some pre-made products from the store will be highlighted.
October 20th "Tasty Tempeh and Tofu"
Many people have asked me how to make tofu or tempeh taste good. These are low-cholesterol, vegetable-based proteins which are popular among those trying to avoid animal products, lose weight or lower their cholesterol. Learn some easy techniques to make tempeh and tofu taste great and how to blend them in with other dishes.
November 17th "Vegetarian Holiday Entertaining"
Do you have a vegetarian in the family but do not know what to make for them at the holidays? Or are you eating a vegetarian diet and want some fabulous dishes to take to potlucks and family gatherings? We will be making gourmet vegetarian dishes that everyone at the table will enjoy.

Individual and Group Classes
Cooking classes are designed for small groups of 6 to 8 people. This allows for more participation by everyone in the class and a better learning experience. Individual classes can also be arranged, request more information by email.
